Adele Sciortino
Adele Sciortino is a multifaceted artist based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Adele comes from a rich lineage of creativity—her grandparents and parents were master tailors, quilt makers, and music teachers who passed down a love for art and craftsmanship that continues to shape her work today.
A certified graphic designer, watercolor artist, and photographer, Adele’s career spans advertising, commercial printing, and online art education. She is also the founder of A for Artistic, a digital magazine dedicated to showcasing exceptional artists.
Adele’s artistic philosophy centers on the belief that art has the power to heal, inspire, and transform. Her goal is to create fine art that not only captivates visually but also connects with viewers on a deeper emotional level.
Her eclectic style blends fine art drawing, fiber art, photography, and graphic design, often inspired by the natural world and everyday life. She finds joy in the details—the subtle elements that elevate a piece into true fine art.
Her recent solo exhibition, “In My Mind’s Eye,” held in Fort Lauderdale, featured striking works such as Speak No Evil and I See You, both created in lightfast color pencils.
For Adele, being an artist is a lifelong pursuit of mastery and meaning—an ongoing journey that celebrates creativity, heritage, and the transformative beauty of art.

“Every detail matters — it’s in the smallest strokes and textures that the soul of the artwork reveals itself.”
