Y.E.S. (Young Executive Supporters) is a visionary initiative by ArtsUnited that connects the business community with the world of independent filmmaking. Designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are passionate about the art of film, Y.E.S. provides an opportunity to invest in creativity, support local talent, and help bring an original film to life.
The mission of Y.E.S. is to raise $10,000 in funding to support one emerging filmmaker in the production of a short-length film. This filmmaker will be chosen through a competitive selection process and will be tasked with producing a high-quality film utilizing local talent, crew, and resources.
The final cut of the film will premiere at the ArtsUnited Gallery, and will be submitted to a range of regional and national film festivals, giving the project both community visibility and broader industry exposure.
By supporting this program, Y.E.S. members play a direct role in cultivating the next generation of filmmakers—while also fostering economic growth and cultural enrichment through the arts.
“The opportunities provided by ArtsUnited are invaluable to the filmmaking community. Filmmaking is a collaborative medium, and having the support and resources of a strong creative community is essential to bringing impactful stories to life.”
