Modern Art Exhibition at Avada Galerie

In order to branch out and explore new communities in Florida, as well as provide further exposure for its existing members, in 2019 ArtsUnited set a goal to expand their visual art exhibit shows into Palm Beach County, Florida. The search began for a gallery space located in an area with a burgeoning local arts community that could be economically viable for the organization and its members.

Luckily, the Arts Warehouse in Delray Beach, Florida was identified as a space that could meet those needs. Having opened in 2017 and located on Artist Alley in the Pineapple Grove District, the Arts Warehouse was the logical venue for the launch of the Art Vision exhibition. With 15,000 ft² of space, Arts Warehouse operates as an arts incubator, providing studio space for artists, holding visual art workshops and professional development talks for artists, as well as many other special events. Hosted by the Arts Warehouse manager Grace Gdaniec, the Art Vision exhibition premiered in January of 2020. The reaction among the Arts United members was enthusiastic and electric with 49 artists submitting their work for inclusion in the exhibit. The opening reception for Arts Vision was a massive success and attended by hundreds of members of the community; many of which were not familiar with the gallery space or ArtsUnited.

Due to this initial success, we’re delighted to say that Art Vision is now an annual mixed media exhibition!
