ENTRY SIZE: Minimum – 11×14 , maximum – 40×60. Submit a brief artist description of each artwork.

THEME: HELLO YELLOW: BOLD ‘N’ BRIGHT, celebrating the energy, warmth, and optimism of the color yellow. This compelling showcase invites artists to explore the boldness of yellow in all its forms—whether as a symbol of joy, a beacon of light, or an expressive statement of creativity. Featuring a diverse range of media, from painting (oil, acrylic, watercolor & alcohol inks), ink drawing, photography and sculpture to digital art and mixed media. We want this exhibition to highlight works that embrace intensity, contrast, and luminosity to immerse the viewers in your artistic expression showing the power of the color yellow.

LOCATION: Bailey Contemporary Arts Center, 41 NE 1st Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33060

EXHIBIT DATES: Monday, March 31 – Friday, April 16, 2025

INTAKE: Saturday, March 29, 2025 / 10:00 am – Noon. Bring your chosen art to Bailey Contemporary Arts Center.

OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, April 4, 2025 / 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Awards ceremony – 7:30 pm.

OUTTAKE: Saturday, May 17, 2025 / 10:00 am – Noon.. If you are unable, please arrange someone to pick up artwork(s) on time.

ENTRY FEES: $35 – up to 3 artworks. ArtsUnited members. Not a member or need to renew?, go to https://artsunitedflorida.com/membership.
BE PREPARED: If your work has been chosen, you MUST complete the online digital agreement before you arrive to INTAKE. You do NOT have to bring a print of the agreement when you arrive. DON’T FORGET IMPORTANT!!! Artwork(s) must be clearly labeled on the back with Artist’s Name, Title, Size, Medium & Price (including the 30%). No sawtooth hangers. Artwork MUST BE WIRED and ready to hang! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

YOUR ARTWORK MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE LENGTH OF THE SHOW. NO PICKUP before the scheduled time.

ArtsUnited receives 30% of each artwork sale. Make sure to add 30% to your price. I understand that although every precaution is taken when handling the work, ArtsUnited is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of work. If artwork is sold during the exhibit, ArtsUnited has up to 30 days after exhibit closing to issue payment to the artists for the sold piece or pieces.
